Thank you for purchasing Dynatron’s Miracle Remote. This remote will actually allow you to operate most if not all of the features found on your TV, just like your original remote! It is amazingly simple to use. Remember our slogan: No Programming, No Codes, It Just Works! Just remember to put in batteries! The operating instructions are listed below. You should consult your TV owner’s manual for additional information on operating specific functions. Also remember this is a TV only remote: it will not operate other devices such as a DVD or VCR, nor will it operate features not found on your original remote control.

This remote is designed to operate most Hitachi® televisions. For the common features, please see the back of the package. Only the more complicated features and features with alternate names will be discussed below.
PREVIOUS CHANNEL also known as RECALL returns to the last channel.
To operate the MENU, press MENU then use the four arrows keys and the SELECT button. On some TV’s you may need to use the ENTER key instead of the SELECT key, or on some sets both buttons. If this doesn’t work try using the CH+/- to go up and down through the menu and the VOL+/- to go left and right in the MENU.
To exit the menu press EXIT or press MENU again, depending on your TV. Most TV adjustments for audio, video and channel auto programming are done through the menu.
Most specialized functions are now found in the MENU key, but on older TV’s certain features are separate.
To operate the PICTURE* and SOUND* keys on older TV’s also use the +/- keys.
The TV/VIDEO also known as AVX, is the input for DVD, VCR and games on most TV sets.
On some newer sets pressing INPUT 1*, INPUT 2* and INPUT 3* instead of TV/VIDEO accesses the input.
PICTURE SIZE* also known as ASPECT allows you to change size, shape and ratio of the picture.
SLEEP* turns the TV off in 15,30,45,60,90, or 120 minutes. Keep pressing the SLEEP button to cancel. This feature maybe accessed through the menu.
The PIP WINDOW* keys operate most features like your original TV remote.
Please, remember if you don’t have a dual tuner TV you will need to utilize your VCR tuner as the 2nd turner. Please see your TV owner’s manual for more details.
On new TV’s to swap and move use the four arrow keys.
Just a reminder that certain PIP functions or any function not found on your original TV remote will not work.
